Can you believe it, 2010 is here already! Amongst all the soccer madness we are planning, as promised, our next past pupils get-together. On the 20th of March 2010, Edenvale High sports teams are hosting a sports day against our neighbours up the road…Edenglen. The 1st team rugby game will be at 12h00. After this match and hopefully victory there will be a past pupils’ reunion where food (prego rolls) and refreshments will be on sale in the lapa area. As this event is a fund raiser, entrance fee is R5. If you wish to attend please let us know via e-mail: roar@edenvalehigh.co.za
Another fund raiser that is currently happening at our school is the selling of advertising space at the school. We would like to offer it to you first. There is space available on the new car park fence inside the school (on Linksfield Road) as well as the outside fence of the car park outside the school (directly on Linksfield Road). This space is available for board advertisements at a rate of
R 2800 and R 4500 respectively per annum. Please contact the school

Now you might be asking yourself, where is all this money going? In our efforts to go from ‘Good to Great’ we have realised the need for a High Performance Sports Centre. This facility will include a basic gym area where our learners can improve their strength and performance. If you are feeling truly inspired by this cause you can sponsor a plaque with your name on for R500 as well.
